CottonTech offers exchanges on eligible items within 3 days of delivery. Need a different size or color? Eligible Tech Shirts may be exchanged for another available size or color, subject to stock availability.
To qualify for an exchange
- The request is made within 3 days of delivery
- The item is unworn beyond trying it on, and unwashed
- The item is free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- The item is returned in its original condition, with its original packaging
For size or color exchanges, delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, CottonTech covers the exchange delivery cost.

What if the size is wrong?
No worries! We offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the Tech Shirt is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Exchange delivery fees are covered by the customer.

Wash inside out in cold water (30°C maximum) with similar colors and a mild detergent. Air dry in the shade, and avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and tumble drying to preserve its quality.
How long does delivery take?
